Exhibitions that had not been held for a long time due to the pandemic started to be organized again in Asia. Textile technology manufacturer Truetzschler attended the 22nd edition of DOMOTEX asia / CHINAFLOOR, the largest flooring exhibition in the Asia-Pacific market, from 31 August to 2 September. The company also took its place in CINTE Techtextil, which is the important fair of the technical textiles industry, on September 2 – 4. Meeting with textile manufacturers in the region at fairs, both of which took place in Shanghai, Truetzschler stood out with its manmade fibre, BCF and nonwoven solutions.
Truetzschler Man-Made Fibers displayed the new BCF machine MO40 virtually in Hall 2.1 Stand F03 at DOMOTEX asia / CHINAFLOOR. Delivering 4 bobbins at the same time, the MO40 has a powerful extrusion system. The MO40 offers the highest efficiency per square meter for all polymers and BCF types. The optimized yarn path is still completely symmetrical and delivers 4 identical bobbins in every spinning position. By altering the draw panel’s layout, the BCF multifilament is led even more gently from the intake to the winder. The proven components – HPc texturing, dual shell rolls and the sturdy 2-end winder – are the same as in the predecessor machines. With the MO40, all spinning processes for standard qualities and special yarns can be easily managed.
Powerful technologies for nonwoven production
The last platform where Truetzschler Nonwovens presented its innovations for the technical textile and nonwoven industry was the CINTE Techtextil. The company shared its high performance series with producers from the Asian market at booth number E1.0D12. The company introduced its comb and wetlaid spunlace lines and other special solutions; to this vibrant market to produce high quality viscose disposable wipes. Inspiring ideas and solutions for production were discussed in bilateral meetings. Visitors heard first-hand about innovative ideas for the production of higher-weight viscose nonwoven fabrics; with high-speed NCT cards or composite CP nonwoven from carded materials and pulp.
Truetzschler also announced the establishment of Truetzschler Textile Machinery (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd, the second subsidiary of Truetzschler in China. The new firm will combine high German technology and distinguished Chinese manufacturing competence.
