Red Carpet's Last Innovation for Finishing; HYBRID PLUS
Red Carpet’s Last Innovation for Finishing; HYBRID PLUS

Able to manage a process that is handled by two machines by itself in textile finishing, HYBRID PLUS will be the star of Red Carpet booth at ITMA 2019 next year.

Red Carpet, one of the most important technology manufacturers of textile finishing, continues innovations without any breaks. Established in Schio and Val Leogra, close to Vicenza, one of the traditional centers of textiles, the Red Carpet helps to reduce costs in textile production, to improve the quality of the processed fabrics and to optimize production flow with improved finishing solutions. For this purpose, the company offers innovative and flexible machines to the market and is closely followed in the Turkish textile market.

The most recent innovation of the Red Carpet has been Wool Power, continuous decatizer with steam under pressure that provides the desired touch. After this important innovation of choice for Turkish textile market; Red Carpet is now preparing to offer another solution. The official presentation of the new vaporizing/leveling frame HYBRID PLUS; which is currently being used in some companies in Italy, will be held at ITMA 2019. This machine offers many advantages for textile manufacturers.

Strong frame, shorter process

The vaporizing/levelling frame HYBRID PLUS offers the possibility of performing treatments normally requesting 2 separate machines (free vaporizing machine on belt and vaporizing machine with chains).

HYBRID PLUS features automatic adjustable steam dispensers. HYBRID (hybrid) technology can mix steam and water as desired, thus enables a substantial reduction of the steam consumption. At the end, the desired humidity content on the processed fabrics can be achieved.

Finely adjustable vertically movable suction hoods allow a continuous visual control of the fabric even during the process. Free access to the main components, ergonomic structure and side extraction of the vaporization tanks are among the user-friendly features. The machine also features Red Carpet design special cast brass alloy nickel-plated vertical chains.

Use as both a free steamer and shrinking machine.

HYBRID PLUS is suitable for use as a free steamer and shrinking machine. It contributes to improve the dimensional stability of circular knitting/Rashel warp knitting and woven fabrics. In addition to providing dimensional stability to fabrics, it also improves the dull and the bulky effect in woollen fabrics. It also adjusts finely the water regain of the processed fabrics.

HYBRID PLUS can also be used as a vaporizing machine with chains. It is suitable to adjust the fabric width (woven, knitted, wool, cotton, blend fibers …) by increasing or decreasing it as desired; making the use of stenter frame no longer necessary for this aim.

HYBRID PLUS ‘s official presentation at ITMA 2019

Since 2014, represented and sales/after-sales services provided by Teksel Tekstil in Turkish market; Red Carpet announced ITMA 2019 as the date of the official presentation of new solutions to market. The fair will be held in Barcelona; Spain from 20 to 26 June and the company will welcome visitors to the booth with the latest developments towards fabric finishing. Red Carpet’s sales staff and technical experts will also be available to assist all customers interested in textile finishing.
