Mutoh to Introduce A2-size Flatbed LED UV Printer & Two Dye Sublimation Printers at Fespa 2017.
Wide-format digital printer manufacturer MUTOH will present its extensive portfolio of professional large format printer and roll cutter equipment at Fespa Hamburg 2017 (Hall A1 – Stand A15).
New products on display will be the ValueJet 626UF A2 size 6-colour direct-to-object LED UV printer for specialty/industrial applications, the ValueJet 1604WX 64” (162 cm) wide budget dye sublimation printer and the all new ValueJet 1948WX, a four heads 75” (191 cm) wide industrial high speed sublimation printer.
Mutoh ValueJet Hybrid
The company will also première a new flex LED UV ink set – C,M,Y,K, White & Varnish – specifically developed for its ValueJet hybrid (roll & rigid) LED UV printer models, i.e. VJ-1638UH and VJ-1626UH. Unique is that the inks do not contain any VOCs. No air filtering equipment is required. No ozone is generated into the environment. The new flex LED UV inks will extend the application capabilities of Mutoh’s ValueJet Hybrid printer models; towards typical sign applications; including high quality backlit applications, prints on clear and non white substrates and even car wrapping.
Other Mutoh showstoppers include the ValueJet 1938TX; a 75” (1910 mm) wide direct textile printer with dual staggered heads; delivering high quality production speeds up to 40 m²/h and the award winning ValueJet X series printers. The X series sign & display printers integrate i.a. Mutoh’s revolutionary DropMaster™ technology which automatically adjusts the jet timing in function of the thickness of the loaded substrate. The printers can be loaded with Mutoh’s genuine Eco Ultra and UMS (Universal Mild Solvent) inks; for the production of a wide variety of commercial print applications for indoor and outdoor usage. Mutoh CMYK UMS inks cover 83 % of the Pantone® colour chart; which is unique in the current market place for a four colour ink set.
The company will also be presenting a number of applications made with Mutoh printers to inspire visitors with the multiple application possibilities on Mutoh equipment for sign & display, digital transfer, direct textile and specialty/industrial applications.
