Marzoli iplik eğirme çözümleriyle ITM 2016’da ilgi odağı oldu

Marzoli exhibited some important innovations at ITM 2016. MRM and YarNet, the two software platforms for a centralized remote control of the spinning process and Mac3000 compact yarn, grabbed great interest at the company’s booth.

Marzoli exhibited newly developed spinning technologies and control platforms during ITM 2016. Among the exhibits; there were the MDS1 ring spinning frame with Marzoli original components, the Mac3000 compact system, YarNet and MRM software platforms. Marketing Executive Francesco Gozio pointed to the role of Research&Development studies and innovations in their success. During ITM 2016 the company was pleased with interest of Turkish yarn manufacturers and positive business meetings.

The MAC3000 compact system was displayed on the MDS1 ring spinning machine and Mr Gozio gave an accurate description of the advantages achievable with this newly developed device; “The continuous tension, relaxation and flexion of the apron entail a continuous auto-cleaning effect of the holes, which together with the dedicated modular suction system, assures constant and effective compaction. This entails outstanding quality results with an excellent reduction of hairiness, IPI values and increase in yarn strength. Furthermore, the disposition of the holes of the apron on one axis entails higher resistance of the apron to tension forces and consequently a longer service life of the component.”

“YarNet is the ultimate software for yarn production management. It allows customers to monitor every important data within the mill (e.g. production amounts, energy consumption, machine downtimes, etc.) from their computers through user-friendly and powerful software. It grants the user to interact with the machine. The user can download, modify and send back to the machines updated or totally new production recipes. These can be saved on the hard disk, recalled whenever needed, sent to as many machines as desired and shared with partners and colleagues with few simple clicks. YarNet also allows to have a preview of the black table when editing a slub yarn recipe and incorporates a fully-revised version of the innovative draw your slub application. “These features are just few bits of what YarNet can do and how powerful this software is.”

Marzoli_ITM_Textilegence1“MRM is a radically new platform. There is simply no other product like it. ” Francesco Gozio emphasized. The symptomatic data regarding temperatures, power consumption, pressures and vibrations in critical parts of the machines are gathered through processors and additional sensors. The data is sent to an IoT platform, provided by Microsoft®, where they are analyzed through special algorithms developed by Marzoli. These algorithms verify that the monitored parameters are inside the machine nominal operating ranges according to the machine working conditions: if they are not, the client is immediately alerted.

MRM identifies the malfunction and offers the solution as well. The alert of any technical malfunction is sent to the customer and to Marzoli’s technical service through a safe Internet connection. The client can count on the prompt support of Marzoli’s customer service which can access, if necessary, the customer’s machine in order to diagnose the problem and communicate the necessary steps to solve it.
