Marzoli, one of the well-established textile machinery manufacturers of the sector, will introduce its comprehensive solutions at ITM 2022 to be held at TÜYAP on June 14-18. The company will host its visitors in an area of 143 m2 at booth 310B in Hall 3 and display its latest products and technologies related to the new and emerging needs of the market such as sustainability and digitalization. Visitors to the Marzoli booth will also have the opportunity to examine the machines with a different experience with virtual reality technology throughout the exhibition.

Marzoli Marketing Manager Ilaria Scalvini, speaking to Textilegence, said that they are happy to be able to return to participating in exhibitions after a long period of hiatus due to the pandemic. Scalvini stated that ITM 2022, the most important exhibition for the Turkish textile industry, will give a chance to meet with industry professionals. She emphasized that this exhibition will also be a precious opportunity to showcase the high value of Marzoli solutions for spinning and for its digitalization and the development of a circular textile sector. Scalvini remarked that Marzoli will be present at ITM as the ‘the global partner for the textile industry of the future’ and said; “This means that we are a textile engineering company aimed at designing and offering innovative solutions and projects to meet the new and emerging needs of the textile sector.”

Marzoli simplifies the production process with smart technologies

Scalvini explained that the CMX comber, which increases the production efficiency to 115 kg/hour thanks to its 10 combing heads and minimizes the cost, will be showcased for visitors at the Marzoli booth throughout the exhibition. Scalvini disclosed; “The Marzoli booth will include the latest technological developments in spinning machines, with a special focus on the roving frame and ring frame, as well as our smart solutions MRM (Marzoli Remote Maintenance) and YarNet for predictive maintenance, remote control and plant management.”

MRM is a software that continuously analyzes large amounts of data coming from machines, allows to identify any possible malfunction and to avoid eventual faults within the plant, providing maximum flexibility with its cloud-based system during implementation and management. Marzoli Customer Care can remotely access the client’s data with the installation of MRM, diagnose the problem and guide the customer through the steps to solve it, when necessary.

YarNet, which enables users to easily control and manage the entire spinning process and each machine from their computers, allows production data such as speed and output volume, as well as the status of each machine, to be displayed in a single window for a clear and comprehensive view. In addition, the smart solution that shows the duration and causes of production stops offers numerous other benefits to users, including an integrated power management function that enables the identification of the best trade-off between production and energy consumption.

Moreover, Scalvini stated that the visitors will be able to see the advanced solutions for the nonwoven sector and said; “Another main attraction will be the virtual reality, which will allow customers to virtually enter and take a tour in a spinning discovering, through dedicated videos, all the potential of each machine.”

“We are working to make the circular economy a reality in textiles”

Scalvini also noted that the circular economy concept, embracing sustainability, recycling and all green disciplines and technologies, will be present in their booth. She emphasized that, in Marzoli, they are focused on continuous innovation in the mechanical regeneration of fibres that have been translated into new solutions and technologies to make the circular economy a reality in textiles.

Scalvini added that Türkiye is a very large and important market for Marzoli and that they are in continuous expansion thanks to customers that rely on their quality, productivity and after-sales services. She stated that this was especially reinforced with the opening of new branches in Türkiye, which allows them to serve the market better, more effectively and on time.
