Işıl Tekstil rose to the position of an integrated manufacturer with the start of its yarn factory in Niğde in 2007, and became the first company in Türkiye to produce under the same roof with ring, Vortex and open-end yarn spinning technologies. The new Rieter E90 combing machine added to the spinning lines in Niğde can produce up to 10 kilograms of combed sliver per hour. This high production standard is based on the machine’s 600 combs/minute speed and stable, faultless operating performance. Thanks to these features, the E90 provides extremely high efficiency in the company’s yarn production processes.
The company, which accepts Trützschler as an unrivaled technology partner in its segment, like Rieter, has achieved better carding and cleaning opportunities with the blowroom and TC19i carding machine. With the addition of the new machines to the lines, they have an optimized yarn preparation process for maximum productivity, low waste rate and superior quality.
Işıl Tekstil carries out a controlled fiber processing process in order not to leave quality and efficiency to chance and to minimize risks. Jossi and Loptex foreign material separators located at the first fiber processing point ensure that only clean fiber enters the production line. Later, thanks to the latest technology yarn cleaners Uster Quantum4 and Loepfe Prizma located on the winding machines, defects in the yarn are reduced to almost non-existent levels. Thanks to these solutions from Uster and Loepfe that increase yarn quality, Işıl Tekstil yarns manage to exceed even the most demanding standards.
