BTSR, developing advanced technology solutions for the control and monitoring of yarn production processes with over 25 years of experience, will introduce its latest innovations to the Turkish market at ITM 2022. The company will meet with its current and potential customers at the booth of its partner in the Turkish market, Teksel Tekstil. BTSR Sales and Marketing General Manager Angelo Rizzo said that their visitors will have the opportunity to closely experience their products such as yarn feeders, yarn monitoring sensors and yarn quality sensors on the machines in operation, in the statement to Textilegence.
Rizzo emphasized that ITM has always represented a key event for BTSR to display and introduce its latest product innovations to Turkish textile operators and stated that the exhibition, which was postponed last year due to the pandemic, has become even more important this year. Rizzo noted that thus, they will have the opportunity to introduce their latest developments to customers in person.
IRIDIUM and more innovations at BTSR booth
Angelo Rizzo explained the products to be exhibited in a wide space at Teksel Tekstil’s booth as follows; “ULTRAFEEDER2&UNICO2 feeding system with unique benefits in terms of high-quality tension control for a wide range of yarns including very thin yarns. Thanks to the UF2&UNICO2 system device it is possible to eliminate continuous yarn breakage, to guarantee constant size production in several applications (seamless, pantyhose …). Furthermore, it is now available in a customized set for flat knitting applications”.
Rizzo disclosed that the new IRIDIUM, an advanced cleaner that will soon be on the market, will also be on their booth. This innovation aims to guarantee an accurate yarn quality control with six different types of yarn defects detection and high precise yarn dimension control based on proprietary 3-Dimensions (3D) Analysis technology. Rizzo stated that they will display also the new generation BTSR optical sensor IS4F2/HTS; “We will also exhibit the functions and features of our products, such as yarn feeders, yarn monitoring sensors, yarn quality sensors, in working condition on machines at the same time, as a BTSR tradition”.
Rizzo noted that they designed their products in accordance with the Industry 4.0 concept and disclosed that one of these solutions is the PC-LINK WEB Software Product Line. This line aims to monitor and collect production data with detailed single yarn processing information and user-friendly visualizations. Rizzo underlined that BTSR’s mission is based on the design and development of advanced technological solutions by providing a decisive contribution to the increase in efficiency of manufacturing processes and product quality, saying that they have a strong OEMs cooperation also with the implementation of ‘tailor-made’ solutions.
