The textile industry professionals will find a rich variety of products at the Asteks booth offering high quality, efficiency and cost savings.
Contributing to the productivity and quality in yarn production with solutions developed for spinning mills, Asteks participates in international textile machinery exhibition ITM 2018 with their roll shop solutions. Asteks will present their solutions at Hall 3 Stand 302B at the exhibition which will take place from 14 – 17 April 2018 in TÜYAP fair ground. Having a wide product range, Asteks continues to increase its strength in the market with cot grinding machines as well as the aprons and cots that are available for all types of fibre and spinning systems. ITM visitors will be able to experience new developments live and see innovations at first hand during the exhibition.
Asteks Marketing and Sales Manager Sabri İlknur underlined that 85 square meter area is focused on innovations while giving information about their participation in the exhibition. Recalling that investment and production costs in spinning are constantly increasing, İlknur said: “The aprons and cots we developed as Asteks provide a significant cost advantage for yarn manufacturers with their long life and reliability. We have several kinds of products that can work with all kinds of fibres and machines. Our Cot Grinding Machines offer an unbeatable combination of price and quality. Currently, the roll shop departments at Turkey’s most important textile manufacturers’ spinning mills have been shaped with Asteks solutions. We will present our investment and production costs reducing solutions to textile manufacturers once again at the ITM exhibition.”
Asteks Grinding machines, apron and cot varieties from a single source to spinning factories
At the ITM fair, Asteks will exhibit their products in two main groups; Roll shop machines and equipment, what are fully Turkish engineering work and attracts great interest in the market, are planned to be exhibited in full range. The new types and models with extremely high automation capabilities will once again prove themselves to visitors with their high efficiency. With the UV-302 cots surface UV treatment machine for synthetic fibres like polyester and their blends, spinning mills are able to work in much better efficiency. UV-302, decreases the possibility of lapping on cots, provides less labour work with easier start-up after grinding and doffing, less fibre carriage to upper felt top clearer and less production cost with contribution to yarn quality is achieved as well.
The other product group is rubber aprons and cots. These products, which can work with all types of natural and man-made fibres and with dozens of yarn types; meets the needs of customers, in perfection. Most recent favourite product, CTA Apron Reinforced by Carbon; which has been challenging the hard working conditions; offers yarn manufacturers the long life and reliability they seek. In addition, GESA Apron (perforated aprons for compact spinning system); the 85-shore RC-851 cots have been developed for polyester and blend fibres; the E-750 cots for drawing frames with late fouling feature; and the PE-750 drafting cots for polyester and blends will also be presented to visitors.
The Asteks booth will also feature a surprise technology with a demo version; developed to respond to the most important needs of spinning mills; and to contribute their automation process.

Saying that ITM exhibitons are an important platform for the Turkish and regional textile industry; Sabri İlknur stated that participation in this platform will contribute great to this growth strategy of Asteks; in domestic and foreign markets. İlknur said; “ITM is a brand for our textile industry. Both domestic and international manufacturers are taking part in this event to present their latest innovations. Expressing their expectation of main visitor groups being from Turkey; Sabri İlknur stressed the importance to meet textile manufacturers from each region of Turkey for them. İlknur forecasted that the foreign visitors of the exhibition might be from; Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Syria.
