Kornit Digital will unveil its Apollo direct-to-garment platform, which was built on the company’s proven MAX technology and delivers the highest retail quality with full automation control and integrated smart curing processes, alongside an expanded end-to-end fulfillment ecosystem at ITMA 2023. Visitors to the company’s booth A303 in hall 7 will also be able to discover Kornit’s activities including a demo tour and training session, by registering in advance, and learn about digital on-demand fashion production.
Kornit will be in the limelight with Apollo, which is built on the company’s proven MAX technology and offers a comprehensive digital solution for both nearshore short- and medium-run mass production, delivering optimal total cost of ownership and 400 prints per hour, per operator. In addition to Apollo, an adjustable pallet that quickly adapts to disparate application requirements, and a smart curing solution that minimizes energy consumption for DTG production, Kornit will present three innovative systems for sustainable, on-demand fulfillment:
Kornit Atlas MAX is the gold standard for industrial-scale mass customization, enabling new efficiencies and reducing operating costs – combined with never-before-seen XDi technology emulating screens, vinyl, 3D, and threadless embroidery effects in one cost-effective, automated production system. Kornit Atlas MAX POLY revolutionizes the recreational and professional sports apparel markets by extending these capabilities to polyester and poly-blends. Kornit Presto MAX is the most capable, sustainable, single-step digital solution for direct-to-fabric decoration, and the only digital solution for white printing on coloured fabrics to transform concepts into brilliant custom fabrics for fashion, home décor, and other applications.
Kornit will show digital on-demand fashion production at ITMA 2023
At ITMA 2023, Kornit will organize several activities to show digital on-demand fashion production. One of them will be a demo tour with limited seats. It will offer an exclusive, comprehensive view of the end-to-end digital on-demand process and allow visitors to visualize how their fashion and textiles operation can deliver durable, quality, ready-to-ship (or wear) creative impressions in mere minutes. In addition to the training session, the company will colour up the exhibition with daily fashion shows.
