At ITMA 2023, where all the latest innovative textile machinery technologies meet with global industry, Biancalani Textile Machinery is going to present for the first time its new textile machinery that allows both to dry and soften the fabric reducing power consumption while increasing productivity and efficiency. In addition to this innovative solution which goes beyond being a full-optional finishing textile machinery, the visitors are also able to closely examine ‘new’ AQUARIA® at the company’s booth A202 in Hall H19.

Biancalani to surprise its visitors with new finishing solution at ITMA 2023

Biancalani transforms AQUARIA into a brand new design to revolutionise finishing

AQUARIA®, which was presented at ITMA 2019 in Barcelona as a groundbreaking solution and today becomes a full finishing line ready to be used in very different processes usually known for super expensive and power and water demand. AQUARIA®, offering a revolutionary finishing process, is precisely designed to reduce water and energy consumption, plus a lower up-front cost. Biancalani made the best use of time for innovation during the pandemic period and thanks to internal tests made at the company’s headquarters and clients’ positive feedbacks, AQUARIA® has become a whole new textile finishing machinery to meet with the global textile sector at ITMA 2023.

The development of new processes has been equally important and has proved how AQUARIA® transforms traditional finishing processes into an eco-sustainable approach to textiles. Eco-bleach, organic washing (scouring) and after-print washing are only three examples of it. The first is essentially a bleaching process that uses biodegradable substances instead of pollutants and AQUARIA® makes it possible as opposed to the traditional procedure. Organic washing (scouring) takes care of removing oils from polyester fabrics using natural detergents instead of chemical solvents and ensuring excellent results. After-print washing is an important share of the textile market – same as enzymatic washing that continuous, open-width AQUARIA® machinery performs at best – and relies on water and energy savings in order to be really cost-effective.

Biancalani awaits its visitors to show all innovations they make during four years-break at ITMA Milano, booth A202 in Hall H19, on June 8-14.
