German machine manufacturer Mahlo GmbH + Co. KG, with over 75 years of experience, will present its wide portfolio of solutions for the textile industry at ITM on June 14-18. The company will host its visitors in 1210 B, hall 12 with its experienced staff and will attend the exhibition together with its long-time partner Masters Limited, which focuses on straightening and process control technologies for the growing Turkish textile market. A new generation of weft straightening machines, including the Orthopac RVMC-15 weft straightener, will be introduced at the Mahlo booth.

Mahlo Regional Sales Manager Adnan Andaç said that the investments in Türkiye have increased strongly for them in the last 3 years. Andaç stated that they are happy to be on-site at an exhibition and to be in direct contact with their customers and said in his statement to Textilegence; “This will give us the opportunity to present our new equipment. In addition to the Turkish expert audience, we also expect some visitors from neighbouring countries like Egypt, Uzbekistan, Iran and some more. For that, the ITM is the perfect meeting place”. Andaç disclosed that in addition to the emergence of new textile companies in the Turkish market and the need to replace obsolete machines increase the demand for textile machinery and stated that they expect this trend to continue in the next 2-3 years.

Mahlo offers comprehensive solutions against distorted fabric in finishing

Andaç emphasized that the name Mahlo is synonymous with straightening machines of the highest quality and stated that this is what they will focus on at the ITM. Relaying that they will introduce their latest generations of weft straighteners at the exhibition, Andaç remarked that their aim is to advise textile manufacturers on which of their systems is exactly the right one for their applications and problems.

Andaç said that their straightening machines ensure high fabric quality and thus avoid rejects, expressing that with process control systems, only what is necessary is consumed in terms of material and energy. He relayed they make a major contribution to avoiding the waste of raw materials in this way, and also emphasized the importance they attach to automation and digitalization. Andaç stated that their systems meet the definition of a modern Industry 4.0, saying; “Mahlo systems communicate with each other and generate data that the customer can immediately use to control his goods on-line. In addition, these values are stored in the new data analysis tool mLog and can be called up at any time to optimize processes and minimize weak spots in the process”.

Mahlo, who has made a name for themselves by presenting innovative solutions in the Industry 4.0 concept at the ITMA Barcelona in 2019, aims to receive a strong return from the Turkish textile industry at the ITM 2022.
