Itematech, the new unit for technical textiles of weaving machinery manufacturer Itema, introduced its innovative solutions at Cinte Techtextil 2020, held in Shanghai on September, 2 – 4. Itematech, born in 2019 from the merger of Itema and Panther (formerly PTMT) technologies, has the necessary rapier, airjet and projectile solutions for technical textiles, components and spare parts and integrated services. Itema announced in July that the PTMT acquisition process, which started last year, was completed.
Itema’s new Technical Division, Itematech, combines the weaving expertise and competence of the two companies that form it up.
