NASSENGER 10 improves printing quality
NASSENGER 10 is equipped with newly developed inkjet printerheads, also used in the top model NASSENGER SP-1. When the adjustable ink drop size (large, medium and small) is combined with the combination of the dark and light colours of the Konica Minolta, NASSENGER 10 prints colour changes and fine lines with better quality. At the same time NASSENGER 10 is able to produce repetitive geometric patterns with ease and high quality, which are difficult to achieve in conventional textile printers.
The empty nozzle compensation function and proprietary image processing technology solve problems; that could not be prevented even with scanning printing. Equipped with head maintenance functions such as printhead cleaning and missing nozzle detection system; NASSENGER 10 ensures stable production and low operating costs. Conveniently designed for easy control of printing motion and print status; the new textile printer is able to smoothly correct errors and quickly replace components. The new textile printer, which has eight standard colours consisting of four main, two special and two light colours; can work with reactive dyes, disperse dyes and acid dyes. In addition, Konica Minolta’s reactive ink meets the requirements of the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification.
