Tetaş, one of Turkey’s leading ready to wear and textile technologies supplier, has realized its traditional clientele event the Private Show, in September in Bursa and in October in their central showroom Hadımköy İstanbul. The company also attended Sign İstanbul to showcase their solutions for the printing industry also in October. They have highlighted their solutions that will ease ready to wear manufacurers production processes in Smart Pattern Engraving and Template Machines Introduction events that took place in Bursa and Hadımköy. Radically cost reducing solutions such as zipper attachment, kangaroo pocket, side pocket, hoodie sewing have attracted much attention. Leading brand Shima Seiki’s automatic single layer cutting machine has been launched as well. Tetaş Private Show in Bursa
Tetaş Sales Manager Kudret Çelebi had a Textilegence exclusive in their Bursa facility during the 3 day Private Show. He underlined the company’s customer focused approach. Çelebi commented that they organize Private Shows in their İstanbul facility twice a year and they especially prefer dates non-overlapping with various exhibitions. Çelebi reminded that; Tetaş is organized Turkey wide and they have stores in many points to provide an after sales service, he also pointed that they repeat this event in active markets. Çelebi; “We organize Private Shows for our clients in active markets such as Bursa, Denizli, İzmir and Gaziantep. We organized shows in Denizli and Bursa this apart from İstanbul. Organizing these events at a closer location to the customer’s production facilities seems to be much more beneificary both for us and them. Results make everyone happier.”
Çelebi said they were active in Bursa since 1996 and underlined the importance of this market for them. He indicated a Tajima embroidery machine intense sale profile in this region. Çelebi continued; “Our cutting and ready to wear machines attract much attentioın in Bursa and around. We have a long service record in the region. We now launch our digital printing machines in this region for the first time. Both our reactive and digital printing machines provide an ideal solution for either roll to roll or partial printing. Informing about Turkish textile and ready to wear industry’s transformation from standard production to value added production; Kudret Çelebi commented on manufacturer’s enthusiasm on investing in new technologies and tracking recent developments. Çelebi; “Automation is important in every segment. It is imperative for the new machines both to shorten the production process and reduce the costs. For example machines that can cut and sew the zipper at the same time , machines that can finish the printing process in a single step are in demand. Ready to Wear Industry Shows Interest in Digital Printing Technologies
Pointing to the rapid demand increase for the digital printing solutions in ready to wear industry; Kudret Çelebi indicated Kornit Digital and Polyprint offering innovations to the industry in partial printing mainly in t-shirt segment. Çelebi informed that they have sold 2 Kornit Digital in Denizli and a Shima Seiki SIP recently.
Çelebi said they showcased Kornit Digital’s Storm Duo in Bursa Private Show, he added machine that can print faster were ideal for mass production. Çelebi continued saying; “We are the sole representative of Kornit in Turkey. It makes sustainable and harmless to human health printing possible with its innovative Neopigment dye technology. Main reason for the prejudice towards digital printing back in the day was the worry about the substances and chemicals used were hazardous to human health. Now we can guarantee that this is not the case at all. Our digital printing solutions are 100% harmless. We can even say that baby wear industry shows a great interest in these solutions. Çelebi relied that Shima Seiki SIP solutions were preffered by people wanting to make reactive printing and Polyprint solutions were preffered by those who want to print in smaller volumes.
